Please note that all reservations must be made through the Garden Event Coordinator and must be completed in writing. The Executive Director must approve any variances from the above policies in advance. No political or religious events except weddings are allowed.

What is your rain back up?
- All outdoor ceremonies must have an inclement weather back-up plan.
- The Gardens has no rain back up site. Arrangements must be made to have a tent or other plan in place due to weather.
- Last minute cancellations of outdoor event rental sites due to inclement weather will not be considered for refunds.
Can we have a tent?

Is there a place for the bridal party to dress?
Do you have preferred vendors?
We do not have a preferred list of vendors at this time.
What other events do you have besides weddings?
We have had engagements, rehearsal dinners, meetings and anniversary events.
How much is an event rental?
Rental fees are based on the site rented for your event, please see the contract linked on this site for the most up to date information.
What will be blooming during my event?
On our website under the banner of “What’s in Bloom” we have plants by season.
How long can I rent the gardens?
Are chairs and tables available?
Chairs and tables are not a part of the rental.
What is your capacity?
Our capacity is 400 guests. Our individual locations have the following capacity:

When is payment due?
A deposit is necessary to save the date, the balance is due per the terms of the contract.
