Please note that all reservations must be made through the Garden Event Coordinator and must be completed in writing. The Executive Director must approve any variances from the above policies in advance. No political or religious events except weddings are allowed.

What is your rain back up?

If available, Odom Reception Hall may be used.

Can we have a tent?

The Gardens has a 40’ x 50’ tent available to rent. In addition, tents may be rented from a company that has attended a Garden walk through to educate the business on Garden policies.

Do you have an information packet?

All of our pricing and policies are in this contract: “Wedding/Events 2022-2023 Policies & Contract.”

Is there a place for the bridal party to dress?

We offer two sites, the reception hall or the maintenance house. If one is not available, the other one should be available.

Do you have preferred vendors?

We do not have a preferred list of vendors at this time.

What other events do you have besides weddings?

We have had engagements, rehearsal dinners, meetings and anniversary events.

How much is an event rental?

Facility rental for weddings and receptions are based on the number of guests you are hosting. The minimum fee is $750.

What will be blooming during my event?

On our website under the banner of  “What’s in Bloom” we have plants by season.

How long can I rent the gardens?

You may have two hours in the garden for ceremony and pictures. And five hours for a reception. Consult our wedding coordinator for specific details.

Are chairs and tables available?

Chairs and tables are not a part of the rental.

What is your capacity?

Our capacity is 400 guests. Our individual locations have the following capacity:

When is payment due?

A deposit is necessary to save the date, the balance is due per the terms of the contract.
