You enjoy working with people, explaining ideas, and creating meaningful experiences. You’re adaptable, organized, and comfortable wearing a few different hats. You bring a positive attitude, communicate clearly, and aren’t afraid to get your hands a little dirty. Most importantly, you’re excited to learn, collaborate, and be part of a workplace where the work is meaningful, the team is supportive, and the environment is fun.
Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in education, environmental science, horticulture, natural sciences, museum studies, history, or a related field is preferred—but relevant experience, transferable skills, and enthusiasm are equally valued.
Experience in teaching, informal education, program coordination, museums, nonprofits, or public-facing roles is a plus.
