Discover how bugs can help a garden grow with educational and hands-on activities for inquisitive minds. Following our program, participants and their families can embark on a scavenger-hunt tour of the gardens for a prize reward to extend the fun. A snack will be provided. Limited to 20 participants. (Indoors and Outdoors) Free with admission.
Programs
The Elizabethan Gardens is located adjacent to The Lost Colony's Waterside Theatre and Fort Raleigh National Historic Park on Roanoke Island nestled near North Carolina's Outer Banks. The gardens are open year-round, seven days a week except certain holidays.
